What is a flex spending and health savings account?
Flex spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) is an account you can put money aside (before taxes) to use for paying for certain out-of-pocket health care costs. Please check with your employer or insurance provider to determine if you have a FSA or HSA.
What can I use my FSA or HSA on?
Oldazz-eyes accepts FSA or HSA dollars for all eyewear purchases as long as your FSA or HSA card is associated with VISA, MasterCard or American Express (please check with your employer or insurance provider to be sure the expense is eligible).
How do I use my FSA or HSA on my purchase?
Before you grab yourself a new pair of Oldazz-eyes we always recommend that you check your current balance on your FSA or HSA account.
To place an order online just use your FSA or HSA card like a credit card* or give us a call at (316)-641-4638. *Orders online will only accept one form of payment
What if I need to pay with two cards?
If your FSA or HSA card does not cover your entire purchase or you would like to use your FSA or HSA card to pay for a portion of your purchase and apply the remaining balance to another card, please call us at (316)641-4638 and we will be happy to help you complete your purchase.
If your insurance provider did not issue you a FSA or HSA card and you have an account, you can pay for your order and we can send you an itemized receipt to send to your provider for reimbursement. Just contact us at oldazzeyes@gmail.com or give us a call at (316)641-4638.
When is the last day I can place an order with FSA dollars?
If your benefits expire at the end of the year, you have until December 31 at 6 p.m. CST to place an order with us using your FSA dollars. Be sure to double-check with your carrier for details on your plan.
